Terms of Use

These terms describe your use of SkyPop. By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them. SkyPop is also licensed through the App Store under Apple’s Standard EULA.

Using the game

SkyPop offers Arcade and Calm modes, different skies, balloon collections, and optional photo balloons. You may use the app for personal play. Please do not redistribute the app or its original artwork and audio, or use it in a way that interferes with the service or other users.

Full Game purchase

Summer Sky, color balloons, and both game modes are available without purchase. Full Game is an optional, one-time non-consumable purchase that unlocks the additional skies and balloon collections, including photo balloons. It is not a subscription. The App Store displays the price for your region before you confirm payment. Apple processes payments and handles eligible refunds under its policies. You can use Restore purchase in the app to recover an eligible prior purchase made with your Apple Account.

Your photos and local data

You choose any photo used to make a photo balloon. Please use photos you have the right to use. Photo balloons and game preferences are stored on your device. You are responsible for any device backup you wish to keep. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling in more detail.

Ownership and availability

SkyPop’s original code, design, artwork, and audio remain the property of their respective owners. We may update the game, fix issues, or change features over time. We aim to keep it available and working, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation.

Responsibility

SkyPop is provided for entertainment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
